Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Holly—a holistic health coach, runner, educator, wife, and mom of three.

For over 15 years, running has been more than exercise for me. It's been a place to challenge myself, find peace, and learn what it truly means to care for my body. Along the way, I've experienced the highs of setting personal records and the challenges of navigating recovery, hormonal changes, inflammation, and fueling my body well.

Like many women, I've learned that health isn't just about logging more miles or eating "perfectly." It's about understanding how nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, recovery, and mindset all work together to help you feel and perform your best.

As The Runner's Health Coach, my mission is to help women fuel their bodies with confidence, balance their hormones, reduce inflammation, and build sustainable habits that support both everyday life and endurance performance. Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a marathon goal, or simply wanting more energy to enjoy life, I'm here to help you create a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle.

My coaching combines evidence-based nutrition, holistic wellness strategies, and practical accountability. Together, we'll focus on nourishing your body—not restricting it—so you can run stronger, recover better, and feel your best both on and off the road.
